Live & Breathe Pilates does not share any of your information with any other organisations or process your data in any way.

 

PARQs (health questionaires) are stored securely on paper. Clients who have not attended classes for three years or longer will be securely destroyed on an annual basis. You can request to have your details destroyed at any time.

 

Details on your health conditions, contact details and emergency contact details are stored in printed form and locked away. This information is collected so that I can make necessary adjustments for you in class, contact you about the classes you attend, and contact someone in the rare event of a medical emergency.

 

Electronic information, including clients’ contact details, for Live & Breathe Pilates is held on the Supersass booking system and is only held for booking and contact purposes. Any client who has not used the system for 6 months is automatically deleted.

 

Live & Breathe Pilates uses Mail Chimp for email purposes, which is for newsletters only. Clients who have not attended class for 6 months are deleted from the mailing list.
